My commissions are NOT first come first serve, I will only accept requests that interest me!

I retain the copyright and ownership of the artworks. Including the right to showcase the art on my website/portfolio, socials, and broadcasts unless agreed upon otherwise.

Payment

Payments are to be made with PayPal invoices ONLY!

Prices may be subject to change based on how complex the requested piece is.

Payment must be made upfront. (partial payments can be discussed for large prices or commercial works)

Only after I receive the full payment will I begin to work on the piece.

Refunds will NOT be available once I have begun work on your commission.

All listed prices are for personal use only

Fees & Notes

Complex backgrounds are an additional +60% of the total price.

Additional characters will cost an additional +80% of the total price (PER CHARACTER) of the commission type.

For NSFW commissions basic nudity is an additional +25% of the total price and smut/explicit sexual interactions are an additional +50% of the total price.

NSFW commissions are NOT available for the Chibi Style commission type.

The only NSFW option for Design Commissions is basic nudity.

Commercial fees apply to commissioned artwork for the purpose of making money/revenue, such as selling the work on merchandise or using the work in promotional material.

Option 1: x2 Price for promotional purposes, such as use in media like, videos, stream elements, and any digital promo content.

Option 2: x3 Price for merchandise purposes, such as use for t-shirts, prints, product packaging, etc.

Commercial rights are unavailable for design commissions currently, if you would like to commission a character design to be used in a commercial use feel free to contact me via email to discuss potential options!

Notes

Commissions could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months from start to finish depending on the commission type and my workload.(Character design comms WILL take longer!) If anything comes up or it just ends up taking longer than expected, I will be sure to communicate that with you.

Please be sure to provide me with as complete & detailed references as you can!

Written character descriptions without references WILL be denied. (unless it is for a design comm of course)

Artist

The artist retains all rights for display, such as advertising artwork on websites, portfolio, or social media.

All commissioned artwork is copyrighted to me and all respective owners.

Customer

You may may use the artwork for display such as banners, profile pictures, posts or a print that is strictly for personal use.

Credit must be given to the artist when using artwork for things like profile pictures, banners or posts.

If the customer bought commercial rights to the commissioned artwork, then the artwork may be used for promotional/streaming purposes/goods and merchandise.

The customer may NOT re-distribute, re-sell, or reproduce my artwork.

The customer may NOT use my artwork for any kind of AI training

The customer may NOT use my work for NFTs or any blockchain related technology.

The customer can NOT claim the artwork as their own work, the customer only has ownership of the commissioned artwork
